About Program
The Executive Yuan's 2030 Bilingual National Policy Development Blueprint sets out the vision for higher education to strengthen students’ English proficiency, promote English-Medium Instruction (EMI), and enhance the international competitiveness of higher education as a whole.
The School of Management at National Central University was established with the aim of devoting itself to academic research and promoting proper international management education and actively cultivating leaders who promote the sustainable development of enterprises and society. The teachers are dedicated to academic research to provide students with business management knowledge and promote international management education, gradually becoming a bilingual college. It will enable students to understand and respect different cultures and, at the same time, have the ability to adapt to different cultural environments and become leaders who can take the natural and social environment into consideration when creating value for enterprises in the future.
The vision of the School of Management at National Central University is to become a leading institution in management education locally and be known internationally in the long term, one that can not only actively cultivate leaders who promote the sustainable development of enterprises and society but also play a pivotal role in the industrial fields of national key development. The research fields and teaching directions of the School of Management integrate the latest and most important issues, such as sustainable development, inclusiveness and co-prosperity, innovation management, technology and finance, and the cultivation of international management talents.

The School of Management future plans can be divided into three stages:
- The short-term goal of the first stage: Complete the resumption of IMBA programs and enrollment in 2021, which will be the driving axis for the development of EMI Academy
- The medium-term goal of the second stage: To become an EMI college and achieve the goals of the BEST program by 2021-2025
- The long-term goal of the third stage: to become an internationally renowned and competitive management school by 2025-2030
